Transparent TrackingWhat Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a financial solution or a way to relieve stress. ek88 believes every player has the right to play in a safe and enjoyable environment. That is why we provide various tools and resources to help you stay within the right boundaries.
Online gaming is growing in popularity in Bangladesh. From slot games to live casino, many types of entertainment are available. However, like any recreational activity, gaming can become harmful if it goes too far. ek88 places player well-being as the highest priority on its platform.
Remember: Gaming is always for entertainment. You should never keep playing in hopes of recovering lost money. Never bet more than you can afford.
Follow a few simple rules to keep gaming enjoyable. Set a budget before you play and do not go beyond it. Set a time limit as well — and stick to it. Never game during family time or working hours. Remember, the outcome of every game is completely random and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Deposit Limits and Financial Control
The minimum deposit amount at ek88 is ৳200 (for each method). This low threshold gives players the chance to enjoy the platform without taking on large financial risk. However, for responsible gaming, we always recommend setting your own personal limits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. We support familiar Bangladeshi methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).
Responsible Tip: You can set a deposit limit and reduce it immediately at any time. However, increasing a limit requires a waiting period — this deliberate delay helps prevent impulsive decisions.
Our deposit limit options are flexible — you can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits based on your financial situation and gaming habits. These limits can be changed from your account settings or through live chat.
Protecting Minors (21+)
ek88 strictly follows the 21+ age requirement. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to open an account or play games. Identity verification is carried out when necessary, and withdrawals are not processed until verification is complete.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, we recommend that you:
- Use password protection on your device.
- Never share your ek88 account password with anyone.
- Always log out after playing.
- Consider using parental control software on your device.
If you suspect a minor has used your account, email [email protected] or contact live chat immediately.
